Payment made to a dissolved company!

My wife bought me a t shirt two weeks ago from a website called "space clothing" based in Hull. She paid 29.99 including delivery using her card on the website.
We have not received the shirt and have not heard from the company. I have emailed them twice and constantly ring them but there is never an answer on the phone so I began to get suspicious.
I checked the company out and it appears they have been dissolved. For some reason the website is still active and they money has come out of my wife's account. I don't really know what to do to reclaim the money.
