Don't think you even need to sign up for the newsletter.
Just fill in your details and tick the 'accept T&C's' box and you're done

Click on "Register Concern" and the form is a pop-up.

5. Only one entry into the Prize Draw per household is allowed regardless of how many alerts are submitted onto the Nitwatch map.
8. The first day of the Prize Draw is Wednesday 7 August 2013 and the closing day for each weekly prize draw is 24.00hrs on the following Tuesday.
