Try the delicate wash again but with bio washing liquid

I would soak the bottom of the dress in napisan. Dissolve some napisan in a bath and hang the dress above with the dirty part in the solution, leave overnight and then wash as normalBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light
