Is it just me, or have many of the regular mortgage advisors gone quiet recently? I'm thinking of the likes of kingstreet, Dave Ham, etc.
I know they still post from time to time, but not as often as they used to.
Has there been some sort of falling out between MSE and mortgage advisors?

I speak to Dave occasionally outside of this forum, hes pretty busy too.

Last 3 months have been manic and between office move, new starters and holidays in the office; I have been super busy.
Nothing sinister, will always try to help where I can although imagine September onwards the world becomes an easier place..
