Salmon / Beef Jerky with no preservatives in the UK?

Hi all
Not quite sure where to post this one so hope this is the right section!
I am looking for a UK supplier of Salmon Jerky.
I have tried a few beef jerky suppliers - can anyone recommend one where they use grass fed beef?
Preferably as little preservative as possible, but I know there is a tendency to add certain ones to improve the shelf life of this product! Of course in good MSE tradition I'm also looking at good value for money though I appreciate due to the nature of the product this is not what a lot of people would consider a MSE snack
Any suggestions appreciated.... TIA.

Sorry I may be completely going down the wrong path with this but as what you are looking for seems to be quite specialist, would it be something you could make yourself with a dehydrator?
I find I struggle to obtain good quality items that are not laden with preservatives and sugar so I bought a dehydrator and make my own things, as I want them. For instance I wanted granola that wasn't bathed in sugar but was super nutritious so I bought some grains, sprouted them at home then dehydrated them. I then added whatever I like to the mix and I know exactly what i'm eating.
Sorry if i'm a million miles off the mark0 -

I had considered that but was looking for the lazy option too0 -
Have a look at britishbeefjerky.co.uk, they're pretty good and might make you salmon jerky

My company is just about to launch a salmon jerky product in the UK. As soon as it is ready for launch I'll let you know and give details on where to buy etc... Hopefully will be available in the coming weeks! If you have any questions about it, let me know!0
