LJ's positive challenge 8th - 10th of June

'Becoming debt free and staying that way is a very difficult thing to achieve. When times get hard it can be hard to stay positive and keep on going. I've been having a hard time recently myself and know that a lot of others have also been feeling this way so I've decided that we need to have a challenge of sorts to boost our positivity which will give us a renewed energy to bust those debts!
The idea (and this is open to suggestions from others) is that I'll start up a daily thread where we'll post one thing we are doing to boost our positivity. Obviously this does not need to be debt or financially related. It could be something as simple as phoning an old friend we haven't spoken to in a while or fixing that dodgy floorboard that's been bugging for a while, reorganising the kitchen to make things flow easier and hence cutting back on stress etc etc etc Although these things aren't by themselves cutting back on our debts or helping financially they are helping to make our lives easier and make us feel that we have made a positive achievement in our day and to our lives in general.'
good afternoon my darlings and how are we all??? fabulous!
well it's a bit warm up here today so I'm thinking skirts for the weekend, which is a bonus as all my trousers feel too tight on me at the moment
but thats next week's problem! have decided to make this thread last the weekend as I'm off to my folks and dunno if or when I'll be online, please keep it going
today I am feeling very very positive, yesterdays good news is keeping me going for two days! check me and my bad a$$ self!
and i have more! today's positives are friend related (great since I've been feeling so isolated recently) one of my new friends added me as her other half on bebo yesterday which has me over the moon! then a very old friend (and my first love) has signed up to friends reunited so i'm half tempted to pay to join so i can message him. and the sun is shining up here which makes for a great start to the weekend!
right i have to scoot off, if i don't i'll not get packed or dressed for leaving at 4.30! argh talk about leaving it till the last minute!!!
have a fantastic and positive weekend guys and if I don't get online I'll look forward to hearing all your smiles on sunday xxx

I will give myself some "me time" over the weekend. OH is taking the children to their ski races this weekend so I have the house more or less to myself.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. Hi LJ (wherever you are!).
Positive?
I've had my most brilliant day for years today. Sitting back now, getting ready to titter at BB with a lovely chilled bottle of something to my right.
Have a super dooper weekend!

Hi Minnie - good to read that you have had a fab day.
Can you bottle that feeling and sell it on ebay?
