The new Bank of England governor, Mark Carney, has said the Bank will not raise interest rates until the unemployment rate has fallen to 7%.
I was originally planning on getting a 4 year fixed mortgage, what would everyone's advice be now the above has been announced?
Stick with a fixed or change to a tracker?
