No Wins for July

Feeling down about not winning anything in July.

I have won something every month since December, which was my goal. Anybody else feeling the strain...?

It wasn't a total loss (I must be honest), as I won 7 things at the school raffle but I consider those wins something completely different.

Hoping for some serious lucky dust, as I have my eye on a certain comp prize...

Oh dear - I won a number of books & a couple of other things (small) & so far in August I've won a packet of coffee & some pencils - I know sept will be sparse because I've been away visiting family & now have holiday coming up so won't be entering anywhere as many comps this month. don't think I've evr has a month with no wins - thinjk 3 has been my lowest .

Maybe you're due for a biggie

I had no wins in July either :-(

Actually had quite a bad year with only a few small wins, Im getting married in November (12 weeks to go) and I had so hoped to win anything to help with cost/dress/stationery - anything really and I have won nothing at all!

Quite disheartening, but I keep reading of everyone elses good luck and it gives me hope to keep trying! xx

I'm a somewhat new comper, since it being mentioned in the weekly newsletter awhile ago. Plus with TV programs like Extreme Sweepstakers, I think there's a lot more people entering them now.

I hope things pick up for you soon.

i'm feeling your pain flutterpillar. my DH points out that last year i would have been very happy with the last things i've won, which i am but sitting in a dry spell you wonder if you've been blacklisted or something :rotfl:

just had my first FB win and it's a goodie - weekend tickets and Snoozebox at Rewind 80s festival + Spa... am shaking with excitement! - you never know what's round the corner, Good luck everyone!

Nothing for me in july or any month since last october, when entering over 100 competitions a day, is does when disheartening, i agree.

I am sure i am the unluckiest person on this forum

Nothing for me either, but i'm sure big wins are just around the corner for all of us

I've only had two small wins (both in June) since starting comping a few months ago but I'm hoping I'll get another win (and maybe even a biggie) soon!

I know how you feel, I haven't won anything since a turkey at Christmas, maybe you are saving it up for the big one.

Am really hoping the dry spell from last dec to now will soon be broken with some prize. don't even care what it is now
