Theoretically it should be less of a risk that the phone shop pays out than previous administrations as, they aren't bust, just have lost all suppliers now that EE have withdrawn, so although solvent they no longer have a business model.
I may be wrong but when they are placed in the hands of the administrator isn't the money gone? They take control and decide? Their fees will take most of the money left. Have they appointed an administrator yet? Deloitte or Price Waterhouse Cooper has to be one of them no?0 -
PWC
they are still paying staff, and will most likely pay debts too.... eventually0 -

Could anyone give me some sneak inside info about Cat.
I have been registered with them for a couple of months but have always been reluctant to apply for any of their jobs.
The way they hide both details of their client, and the brief overview of what is expected, makes me nervous.
Are the assignments fairly straightforward or do they involve a reveal (for example)?
Are the reports straightforward or convoluted?
If I was allocated a job, would I have leeway to juggle when I do it within the date-range they give?
Thanks for looking!0 -

Not had a battery issues like that myself, my battery refused to charge after 6 months which was replaced under warranty. Are you sure its fully clicked in place with the slide lock ?0 -
The Cat main client brief is a mixture of interactions and observations but nothing difficult. They do give very specific instructions in the brief so the first once or twice they can seem a bit daunting trying to remember everything but after that they are fine. The report is on the sassie system and pretty average in number of questions. There is usually a specific date range and time range. You are not allowed to return the purchase and there is no reveal.0

First time ever, I was not paid by MSLtd for a job completed in August. I emailed them and was told 'it would be passed to accounts' who would be in touch. They did not respond, so after another 2 weeks I sent them my payment terms, quoting the Late Payment Legislation and added the necessary compensation. They have 3 days left, but I got the same- we'll pass it on response.
Has anyone else ever had this kind of issue with them? They always seemed reliable. Appreciate any advice. ThanksMinimalist
