I just received an email from ABA Research but I can't seem to find any record of registering with them? Do they go under another name? Thanks :)

Have to say International Sevice Check seem a pleasure to work for. Have done a few jobs recently and all very simple and straight forward. Does anyone know if they have a good base of clients or just the odd one?

I've never had any problems with them either. Only problem has been that I've done all their regular visits in the areas I travel to, but have started getting new visits to the first places I visited now.
From my experience they have some regular clients and a steady stream of new/occasional clients/visits.
  • I just joined REACT customer surveys, and was going to self assign my first job.

The first job is in a gym store. My query is the shop expense limit is a certain high figure to by some trainers, for this example lets say £100. Does this mean i will be reimbursed the money.

I know normally it does, the thing that puts me off is that in the comments it says NO NEED to BUY TRAINERS** IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PURCHASE TRAINERS, ON THIS OCCASION, YOU CAN PURCHASE A SMALLER ITEM AND WE WILL REIMBURSE YOU £5.

So does it mean if i purchase trainers for say £100 I will get that money back or will i just get £5 back?

    thanks

    Hi

You'll only get the £5. It's up to you if you purchase the more expensive item or not.

For these jobs, if you buy the shoes you send them into React. They will reimburse the cost of the shoes and the postage cost. You do not keep the shoes. If you do keep them, it sounds like they will reimburse you £5 only.

I took the five pound option last time as the shoes are 80-120 pounds and then you have to take them back or repost back to React. However there is zero in that shop for five pounds unless you buy energy bars. Can't remember if there is any restriction on returning stuff in brief. Takes at least 1/2 an hour to do all the fittings so would not recommend doing at weekend.

I did one job for International Service Checker recently and so far it went very well.

I got a comment from them after I submitted my report:

Recommendations for your future visits: Thank you very much for the thorough and detailed completion of your visit. When writing your experience report, you can use the terms 'he' or 'she' when mentioning staff members, rather than using the term 'they'.

Mind you, it was my first job, and I did few visits for React in the past so I was so careful with my words. As MSs all know:), it is a crime to write 'he/she/her/his' in the React report - you won't be paid if you do!

Different companies - different rules. :)

I agree, they pay pretty well and the visits are very enjoyable and straight forward. I only started to work for them this month, so I can't comment any more than that.
