Do many of you guys do the Video mystery shopping? Was wondering what level of jobs are available before I go buying equipment.

    Thanks :)

I've not found it constant, but enough to recoup the investment of £600-odd. For many jobs (especially automotive) once you've done those local to you, that's it for a long time.....

You haven't lost much really, its only gap lol but I still don't understand why they fired you for that time, I've submitted times towards the five minute mark and while they have raised proof reading queries I haven't been fired.

I'll keep going. :) Will have a look at the front page ones and sign up for some more. Hope January is nice and busy. :)
  • Carried out the sleepy visit yesterday.

Submitted the report, strictly following the shopper brief.

Received an email to say need to redo report in a way that totally ignores the brief!

I would be grateful if someone could either PM me or confirm that the brief is incorrect and the report should be no comments page 1 and full comments page 2.

Requested confirmation from co @15:45 but no reply so guess they've gone home for weekend/Christmas.

If this is the excel document it does have sections for comments on page one - so I put comments there as well as on page 2 - I did one yesterday as well.

I don't understand your comment about the brief, as it does state to add comments on page one after the scores.

If you want to PM me to talk about this properly without code please do :D
  • Hi

I've just done my first car visit (R company) and I recorded the discussion, but the recording is very quiet and I'm panicking about how much detail they need.

I've done this recording several times and never had an issue - he was just very quiet.

I can remember roughly what he said - but was relaying on the recording as it is a high fee so I'm guessing they won't full details.

Anyone done one and could give me some advice, I'd really appreciate it :o

    Thanks

Apparently there's loads on Quest. I've been with them for 6 months and have yet to see any jobs on their website

Have you tried updating your profile to expand the traveling distance. I missed out for months as it defaulted to the minimum.

Yeah, just checked my profile, it all looks good. Think I'll change it to 300 miles, just to see if that shows me any jobs.

I'm pretty sure there is a glitch in their website. I have never seen a visit.

I've only ever seen one, which was on the wrong side of the river and a bus ride away. I live in Central London, but nada.
