who checks the banks credit history

just a thought if we went to the bank for a loan or overdraft they would decline us if we had ccjs yet from what i understand they have lots of ccjs nationwide has one off me is theire such a thing as a bank leauge table that gives them scores ie for cust service, telphone waiting times, ease of contact to correct dept or person ect
