Surprise book in the post

Had a random book turn up in the post today 'Rose Harbor in Bloom' by Debbie Macomber - tried searching for the post but can't find it anywhere!
No note with it but it has 'Good Housekeeping Reader Recommended Books' printed on the front of the book, they run comps a lot so I assume it came from them?
Anyway whoever posted it thank you, I love surprise wins :T
