Hi, i need help please. I have recently paid a friend nearly £200 to do hair for my wedding in 4 weeks time. The girl will now not reply to and messages, phone calls etc etc so i have asked for my money back and I am getting no where with this. I am really worried as its a lot of money which I really dont have, But I paid her the money in cash as she has been doing my hair for a while on the side of her normal job. What can I do?! Its making me really anxious. Thanks

Not sure there's a lot you can do unless you have proof - a witness?

Luckily my friend was with me as she was having her hair done, I don't think she is declaring it. Will the small claims court maybe help?
