You are doing really well
DP should be eligible for jsa and if you are renting you should also be eligible for Housing Benefit/Local Housing Allowance. You should also be able to get help with council tax. A lot of these things do take a while to kick in but the sooner you apply for them, the better as they will back-date to when you apply. I don't know anything about benefits around kids as it has been a loooong time since my babies were babies, but I am sure that there must be some out there....
As for chrimbo....just let whoever you normally buy for know that you can't do pressies this year....anyone who is worth buying for will understand totally and not make you feel bad about it...anyone who doesn't, wasn't worth buying for in the first place!!;)

hi everyone. sorry i haven't posted for a while .... wow can't believe the last time i posted was sept !
we have been really busy here, DP has just started a new job its around the same pay he used to be on which is good but since i last posted we have had alot of financial set backs .. so now we actually have around £100 more debt than before ... now everything has started to settle down and with not long till baby is due im going to start a fresh as of tonight and try even harder than ever ... i have a little note book so will note down all our spends and try and post as much as i can ... wish us luck think we are going to need it ...**Nov GC 5/11-3/12 £0/£200**
