Sounds like you've had a good weekend, and managed to stick to your plan - well done!
Enjoy the rest of your weekend,

Well we've had a good MSE day today, coming in at £9 leaving £11 to spare. This morning I worked job 2 which is a slimming class, its been really quiet during the kids school hols but this morning I had lots of extra members and some big spenders so I made about £15 more than usual - I love that I can see what I earn straight away as it feels like 'real' money (wont be paid til the end of the month) The only money spent was on groceries including bacon and garlic bread to finish off tomorrow's tea, and some glue to fix hubby's shoe!
Lunch was bacon left over from last Saturday's lunch, and tea was at my parents with all our extended family. Entertainment has been the park, a trip to the recycling centre and football with their cousins - all free!
It's that boring point in the month where I can't pay off/save any extra so we're just counting down til payday. I have some items ending on e bay tomorrow but most have no interest and the 2 that are selling are just 99p - I think we've sold everything of worth now :0(
I'm covering 2 extra slimming classes this week and 3 extra next week so hopefully that will all make September's pay a little healthier. Just one last lot of maternity pay from job 1 then its back to the real world for the rest of my life!! (Last baby, that should help with the debt busting!!)
Best get some sleep as I have another busy day tomorrow, week 4 of school hols and we have a toddler group in the morning (£2) and a Surestart session in the afternoon (£1.50) to tire them all out!

That "middle of the month" was always the part I found most tricky. You get such a "buzz" from the debt busting and get frustrated but it is the sticking to the budget that really gets the £££ available to debt bust so keep at it!Debt now £48,000 in the form of a mortgage0

Another low spend day here which I think is the key for us rather than NSDs, we have budgeted £20 a day but £20 has lasted us the last 2 days so we're £20 up :0)
Hubby withdrew £80 from last week's eBay sales and added this to our Isa today, the total now stands at £4300, getting closer to £5k :0) my spreadsheet says we've saved £486 this month which is pretty impressive considering I'm on statutory maternity pay.
eBay sales today have ended at £11.83 so I'll post them off tomorrow and transfer the money out of paypal and pay into our Isa. I've also listed another 6 items today to end in 5 days.
Tomorrow will be more of a spending day, my mum has my 3 older kids so me and baby are going for a wander round the local shops for any bargains and to restock the cupboards. I will walk to save on petrol though! My lunch will be at home and mum will buy the kids lunch out. Tea will be chicken fried rice so need to get the ingredients as only have some sauce.
Still feeling very positive and in it for the long haul. Thanks for the support and comments popping up on here

Another £22.80 into the Savings account today from £20 in our spare current acc, 80p from Enviroclothes and £2 spare in my pocket.
4 more items listed on e bay tonight which will end on Sunday night, they are decent ones too including 2 Coast dresses so hopefully I'll get over a tenner (£20 maybe!?) the clear out has 2 benefits, making money and de cluttering ready to move house.
Had a lovely morning pottering about our local shops getting little bits from each shop, wherever anything was cheapest. This moneysaving is giving me a real buzz :0)
My one big spend today was a black pencil skirt from dp sale, it was £12 out of yesterday's budget but I do need to update my work wardrobe ready to go back in 5 weeks (been off for 9 months and wore maternity for 9 months before that, o its all dated/faded) in the past I'd have blown a load on credit cards but this time I'll buy a few key items in cash week by week.
I hope everyone else's moneysaving days have gone well

Good plan for the workwear wardrobe outnumbered, you might pick up some bits at Tesco/Asda just now, both my local stores have sales on.
Well done on the £22.80 to the savings, I was looking at your signature, and you're nearly half way there, once you're over the halfway mark, I'm sure it will feel like you're really making progress.
Have a good day,

Well I didn't get a chance to post yesterday as my baby was really unsettled in the evening how dare she stop me from posting lol! Yesterday I used the budget to the max with only a few pence to put in the piggy bank (actually an ice cream van!) when I got home. We managed lunch out for me + 4 kids with free soft play thrown in, and parked in a free space again which is about 10 mins walk away from our usual car park - the walk did us good! Then a free trip to the park with last year's buckets and spades and Nana's for a free tea. Work last night was so quiet, why don't people want to get thin in the summer?? Never mind only 2.5 weeks til it picks up.
Today was just me and baby as my mum took the boys out so we took a wander round Matalan. Got baby some new shoes for a family party for £1, BARGAIN! And managed to get myself 2 work tops totalling £10. Should be pretty sorted for work now just need to get a bag when I find a New Look discount code.
Covered an extra slimming class tonight and made an extra £26 to be added to the Isa once its paid in September. Got another class tomorrow morning, not looking forward to leaving the house at 8am but its a busy class.
I'm getting annoyed at maxing the budget every day, which is silly as its still within budget and that's the whole point in having one, but it seemed easier to pocket a little change last week than this. Must remember I've bought a skirt and 2 tops this week which could have been £15 in the pot, but I do need to look the part at work (my thinking is if I feel confident I'll perform better??) I was also worried I'd eaten into our slush fund this week, but I've actually pushed budget day back from Friday to Saturday so that explains it :0)
All in all still feeling very positive and certain we will hit the £10k in spring - if all else fails I'll eBay the kids!

Well that's another week over living on £20 cash a day, and we've done it with £7.40 to spare :0) to be fair we didn't *need* anything today but I decided to use the day's budget on a trip to Aldi to top up on basics like nappies, washing powder, bread, butter etc and spent £15.04, but that should make next week run a lot smoother. I'm tempted to use the fiver to buy wine for tomorrow night (our only alcohol of the week) and pay the £2.40 into the ISA on Monday - we'll see how tomorrow goes!
I was planning on doing a car boot tomorrow but to be honest I can't be bothered, naughty I know but after running 2 extra classes this week and knowing I've got 3 extra next week I fancy some family time.
The class i did this morning earned me an extra £32 before tax which I can chuck in the ISA when September's pay arrives... Seems ages away!
One more week til its payday again, we have £170 left to play with which will cover £20 a day for 6 days, £20 petrol x 2 cars, and £10 left for any extras... It's a tight one!
Just had 1 boy up being sick then baby woke up too, so not hopeful for a peaceful night... Best catch some zzz whilst I can!
