2nd mortgage

Hi can anyone advise.Is it possible to get a 2nd mortgage for a 2nd home which is not for let.I have a small mortgage on current property, and 25% deposit for 2nd home.Any advise please.

If your income fits then yes.
It will depend on what the second home is for and how long it will be empty etc etc but in principle it is possible yes.
