smooth financial services

Hello,
I have had a debt management plan with a company called Smooth Financial for a number of years and recently gave them a lump sum of money to pay off the creditors.
Long story short, they have paid my creditors, but they owe me a refund of the money left over from my lump sum payment.
I have now seen on the internet that they have a winding up order against them.
I now can't get through to Smooth and I don't know what will happen to my refund.
Can anyone offer any advice or assistance?
Can I claim a chargeback on my debt card.
