I love my ice-cream, I used to buy 2 litres for 89p in Morrisons which was very nice. I have recently been diagnosed with Diabetes so I bought Diabetic Ice-Cream from Tesco 1 litre £2.20 which although very nice is quite expensive! Does anyone know somewhere cheaper ? or maybe a recipe to make my own. Thanks
Low Carb High Fat is the way forward I lost 80 lbs

I have Type 2 diabetes and the lowest carb ice creams are Kelly's of Cornwall clotted cream ice cream and Wall's Classics Cornish vanilla ice cream. Two scoops of those would be pretty low carb compared to other ice creams which are really sugary sorry.0

Diagnosed with type1 16years ago & the only things I avoid are granulated sugar & foods with 'Diabetic' in the name. If you like Morrison's ice cream, have it but not as much.0
