Does anyone have a list of how much is acceptable to say you spend on outgoings like Food, clothing etc to give to Creditors

I don't have a list but from past experience with a past bank, I was told £40 per week on food is acceptable. (That was a few years back so it has probably increased.)
As for other items, personally be reasonable in what you say plus £5. So for example you might get a new top or bottoms or undies each month at a cost of £20 a month (at places like Debenhams / Next) if you add on £5 you'll have breathing space. (Shop smart and you may find your money goes further) Clothing should be replaced due to need not fashion on a debt program. Need does include looking presentable for work/interviews.
For entertainment- try allowing for the cost of a night out with say 4 or 5 drinks once or twice a month.Paid off the last of my unsecured debts in 2016. Then saved up and bought a property. Current aim is to pay off my mortgage as early as possible. Currently over paying every month. Mortgage due to be paid off in 2036 hoping to get it paid off much earlier. Set up my own bespoke spreadsheet to manage my money.0
