i am just wondering if you work 16 hours or less then claim maintenance through the csa, do you receive all the money the father pays?
any info will be appreciated

Yes you do, unless they are also paying off arrears that accrued during the time before the rules changed - April 2010 I think. Before then, if you were receiving income support or income based JSA/ESA you only got to keep some of the money (originally nothing if on CSA1, then £10 a week under CSA2 which later increased to £20 a week).
If there are no arrears payments, you definitely get all the father pays.I often use a tablet to post, so sometimes my posts will have random letters inserted, or entirely the wrong word if autocorrect is trying to wind me up. Hopefully you'll still know what I mean.0 -

Just a rule of thumb for you / anyone else making a claim, you can work or claim benefit and still be entiteled to child maintenence, its technically ure kids money not yours, so you dont need to declare it.0

you didnt get the point, you dont need to declare to US about ure employment or benefit, i dont work for other benefit agencys, maybe you do need to declare to them, im talking about making an application.0 -
