hello all
Please can anyone help me on the 23/07/2013 I paid gw financial solutions £150 over the phone when they promised me they have strict confidentiality and will stop creditors from contacting me at all. however I went on line and discovered this web site saying I don't need to pay contact payplan etc; cut long story short I emailed gws cancelling agreement then I followed it up in writing phone calls etc; i've not hear d a peep from them I am beyond worried I need that cash back to pay my creditors (yes I was stupid) I have their written agreement form and terms and conditions which state they do refund monies if cancelled in time (long distance selling) well I have done but no sign of a refund I did not sign any documents I still have them what do I do next.:mad::(
