Putting in an Offer

I wanted to ask, when I have viewed a property that I like, should I put an offer in or should I get a second viewing first?

Also, whats a good value to offer? I mean, is it ok to put in an offer of say £7000 below asking price?

Thanks,

lsjhoa.

go as low as you can to start with but you need to make sure they take your offer seriously. It depends on the purchase price of the property but I have seen folk get 10% off many times.
