Cheap Android Tablet with quad core

I am in the market for a tablet for my nephew who is ten years old. Don't want to spend too much but don't want to appear too cheap if you know what I mean

Come across this which seems really good value. Not sure if its a misprint but I have ordered one anyway - see what happens

Asda were doing a cheap 7" one last week for £57. I've ordered 2 of them for my niece and nephew. It's by Prestigio a make that I know, so was happy enough to buy from again.

I've not seen tablets with a quad core processor for that price and 8Gb storage is also better than similar tablets in that price range. I'm not an expert but have been looking around at entry price tablets recently and that one looks like great spec for the money.

If 'apps' are all that matters, then don't bother, but if you want the 'betamax' to Apple's 'vhs' (younger folk wont follow that one), then this is where it's at imho.

Good luck trying to get hold of one. Over on HUKD they've not had much luck finding those and also they seem to have mixed reviews, with lots of owners having had problems with theirs.

I've been looking at these two which I've heard are good for the (entry level) price...
