I won a phone in this competition on 24/7 and I've still not received any further communication.
Said on the wem to keep an eye out as I only have 14 days to claim.

    They have been replying to people who have asked questions on their FB page so i would ask on there if you are on FB

    My husband won on the 23rd and hasn't heard anything yet either. I am really hoping we might hear tomorrow as I think the last time a number of people said they had finally got their confirmation email was a fortnight ago - so maybe (hopefully!) they are sending them out every 2 weeks? Fingers crossed :)

    I think I was lucky in the fact that it may have been during their 2 week cycle but I heard back from my first win with a few days. The second that was done by my GF has only had the WEM and nothing more yet.

    Don't worry as long as you have received the WEM they have your details.
