Bobble bottles and filters @ Tesco

Tesco had a display of these on offer. £6 for the bottles and £3 for the filters in a good range of colours. I know the real moneysaving option is to drink tap water but they are cute and this seems to be a pretty good price.

...but it's a 'good price' for something nobody needs! Much cheaper to buy a normal filter jug and filter which lasts for either 30 or 60 days.0

If we only bought things we need there would be next to nothing on this forum!0

I bought one of these the other week a little dubious how much I would actually use it but I have definitely got my money's worth! Very useful and much needed in this heat ..... also a perfect size to pop in your handbag0

I bought 2 of these from House of Fraser when they were in the sale. They leaked badly so no good for giving to the kids to take to school:o0

I have one and it's great! Put it in my bag everyday, it makes me drink a lot more water! £3 for the filter is a great price0

Thank you for this. I bought two new filters for my kids school one and bought two new bottles for myself and DH to try. The kids take their bottles with them whenever we go out and about and so saves having to buy soft drinks all the time. Some online shops sell the bottles for £11 or £12 so tesco prices are really good.:)0

I don't drink tap water (except straight out of the tap) because once it's sat for a bit it tastes disgusting. As I'm disabled it's difficult for me to pour squash out so I was spending a lot of money on small bottles of flavoured drinks (cant easily hold big bottles) which really isn't healthy. My friend was out in Singapore for a few months and struggled with drinking enough water in the heat but last week raved to me about the bobble bottle & I figured it was worth a try. Since buying one (didn't see this unfortunately, although will look in my local tesco for filters for the future) I've consumed considerable amounts of water & the 500ml bottle is the perfect size/weight for me to be able to grip & lift it securely.
I know my circumstances are pretty unique but I love this bottle.0 -

This is just a lidded cup.
The Bobble bottle has an integral filter. An important difference. I find the Bobble bottle only leaks if you don't press down the spout before putting on the clear lid. I've not had any leaks when spout closed properly.
It's only a game
