Mortgage rates

We have submitted our full app with Halifax and are waiting on a survey being booked.
The rate for a 2 year fix was 5.19%.
I have been looking on their website and the rate has gone down to 4.99% fix for 2 years.
Are we stuck with the higher rate? Or will they change it to the lower rate as it hasn't been processed yet?
Thanks in advance

It's a simple matter to change a Halifax product. There is no upfront fee to pay, assuming you've chosen to add the product fee (if any) to the loan.
You will need to ask them to change this. They will not do it automatically.I am a mortgage broker.
