    Hi all,

Hope it's ok if I join in. We have a freezer full of food, and I keep meaning to plan our meals for the week but never quite get round to it and end up buying new stuff! I'm hoping posting on here will make me stick with it.

We're following a paleo-ish diet (low carb, avoid dairy, grains and legumes), hence the odd ingredients like cauliflower rice!

Monday: Lunch - chicken salad. Dinner - Beef Thai curry, cauliflower rice, courgette noodles
Tuesday: Lunch - Leftover curry. Dinner - Cod wrapped in pancetta, spinach, swiss chard
Wednesday: Lunch - Prawn and calamari salad. Dinner - Chilli con carne, cauliflower rice
Thursday: Lunch - chilli stuffed marrow. Dinner - Chicken and veg curry, cauliflower rice
Friday: Lunch - leftover curry. Dinner - Homemade burgers, sweet potato fries, salad

There, I've typed it so I must stick to it! And if all goes to plan I shouldn't even need to go to the shops, as I have all the ingredients in my freezer, cupboards and allotment!! Thanks for reading x

Although I've been meal planning I haven't posted for a couple of weeks. This week's meals are as follows:

Mon: Aromatic crispy duck & pancakes
    Tues: Mushroom chasseur with rice
    Wed: Sausages, mash & veg
Thurs: Beef stew (will add dumplings for DH)
Fri: Burger & onions in buns
Sat: LO stew with new potatoes
Sun: Steak, jacket potato, onions & mushrooms

Have everything in stock (except burgers & steak which I'll buy from butchers on Thursday)
