One final update:
1/8- Offer accepted
7/8 - Original meeting with Mortgage Advisor- then had to be moved
14/8- Meeting with MA and AIP given
15/8- Rang the MA with year the house was built and paid the product fee and reservation fee. Text informing us application has gone in recieved.
21/8 - Text saying valuation had been booked for 30/08
30/08- 17.28 text saying valuation was satisfactory
17.30 text saying mortgage offer issued :j

Two and a half weeks (ish) from application to offer. Fingers crossed everything else goes ok now.

good to see its coming along, we exchanged today and are completing on the 27/09 nationwide have been extremely quick and very helpful all the way through!

Congratulations- sounds like you are nearly there!

We have just had a structural survey which has pulled up a few issues.... :eek: Need to wait for the full written report so that we can decide what to do.

Thanks for putting on your time line, I submitted my full application in branch with an advisor last Tuesday so am just waiting on the next stage. It feels like forever!
