yep I did and the way to get round it is to type in the first letter of your country.
Then you have to do the same with the other boxes the problem was that the only way I could get the salary etc to work was to tell a porky pie:rolleyes:

I guess it's this trip or similar?
If so then there is a local payment of US $500 per person and flights are not included. Still a nice win though.0
