Hi
What is everyones simplest recipe for mini choc chip cookies (or that could be adapted to make mini cookies) I have to bake things for the cake stall and im doing a large cake but I want to do cellophane bage with cookies in as well.
Ideally id like to make the mixture the night before (or earlier and freeze it if possible) and then baker on the day so they are nice and fresh.
any ideas would be gratefully recieved.

Not sure how it would freeze, but you could always make a batch in advance and try, then of course you would have to taste them just to make sure they were ok:D
