Not recieved prize?

Hi

Has anyone had any problems getting their prizes from the Guardian on the viewfinder competition? My name is at the bottom of this post; https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4656775
I won the £200 in vouchers and have left so many messages on voicemail and emailed that I am wondering if I really did win. Any ideas.

hi Geraldine

i won this comp back in november. it took a few weeks to recieve the voucher but they did communicate this with me as they had run out.

i received the wem from (text removed by MSE Forum Team)

and then it was (text removed by MSE Forum Team)
who dealt with my win and sent the voucher.

hope this helps you get some feed back from them if you dont have these contacts already

I also won this at the beginning of the year and Katherine Hopcraft contacted me. Just a word of advice - if you do get the voucher make sure you can definitely go on the holiday you book. I tried to change my booking due to work commitments and Hotels.com wouldn't let me do it so I lost the whole holiday in the end.
