Repaying my debt

I am sorting out a payment plan to pay off a credit card. I have made them an offer but to clarify whether this is enough I have been asked by Credit Solution Ltd to fill in a financial statement about my incomings and outgoings but on the sheet they asking for my employer details. Just want some advice as to whether I am obliged to provide this info filled out other forms like this but never been asked for this type of information. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

No you are not required to fill it in. Only if it went to court.

Don't give them your employer, they will use the info to call you at work.

Give them whatever you feel like. Like in X out y.

Or just say you can afford to pay x ,

If a third party (like Stepchange or payplan or cab) were making an offer of payment they would send an income/expenditure statement to justify their offer. However, they would NOT reveal the name of your employer.

I would be concerned that CSL would be exploring whether there was any way of enforcing a ccj if they went for one.

If you do your own version of an I/E statement, just put your housing costs as rent/mortgage so as not to give away freely if you own property or not

hi, don't worry. Just put down all your income and expenses on a separate piece of paper and send that to them. I've had a couple who wanted me to use their own form but I just sent my own which they accepted. No harm in trying!
