It is indeed. I see another post from someone saying that McKenzie Hall have gotten in touch with them re their QQ account.
Hopefully we get passed on to them. They took on another debt of mine and I've been dealing with them for nearly two years and they have been fine letting me pay by standing order.0 -
Have you given the OFT a call?
I would be surprised if they did not consider refusing reasonable payment offers by a standard payment method to be an unfair practice by thsoe companies.Still rolling rolling rolling......<

Still heard nothing from them. Scared of them issuing me with a CCJ. Does anyone know how this works? I.E Could they just issue me with one?
I'm fed up contacting them.0 -
hi Lantanna. Not sure about CCJs, but in terms of finding a way to pay QQ/P2P that works for you and for them...
This is a bit of a hassle, but how about opening a new/spare bank account - one of the basic ones (Co-op, Nationwide, Natwest)?
You can then transfer the monthly amount you owe them into that account for them to take by debit card. They can't take any more than is in the account, as basic accounts cannot go overdrawn.
Think that's what I'll do, anyway. Ludicrous situation, but it might be the way to solve it?0
