I remember 30 odd years back our freezer had pictures of food saying how long they were good for frozen, and meat was twelve months - not three! I keep mine for a year if need be.0

I've just opened my freezer, which has the same thing inside the door, and can report thus:
3 months: fish, ice cream
6 months: bread, cheese
9 months: lamb, veg
12 months: chicken, fruit. They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.0 -

BTW it also says has been previously frozen so not suitable for home freezing :mad:0
