Milk Thistle

Can anyone point me in the right direction, I'm looking for a decent quality Milk thistle tablet. Holland & Barrett have them at £7.99 for 30 tabs, that's a 15 day course.

I need some with similar strength at a cheaper price, any suggestions?

Amazon - 90 tablets that are 10,000mg of milk thistle. There is a sticker on the jar saying £15.95 but I'm sure they were about £11 x x

This has only got 54 mg of silymarin. The zipvit one has 120mg and the one that you can buy at Asda 3 for £10 is 174 mg. It depends what you want it for, but in trials the doses have been around the 140mg 3 times a day to reduce LFT's.

The seller got back to me stating they have 216 mg silymarin per tab, 2 a day should do the job.

Thanks for the extra info. I've been using them to support liver function alongside prescription meds so do you think it would be better to go for something with a larger dose of silymarin?
