PAWN Shop interest reclaim new ppi!!!!!

Hi everyone
In the last few years I have used pawn shops. Namely Harvey & Thompsons. A couple of years ago the manager of my local store informed me that I could opt out of the contract within 14 days. By doing so you only pay daily interest.
She also told me that this was limited to 3 times per customer in a lifetime.
So I took it as being the truth. Continued to use harvey and Thompsons until a couple of days ago when I spoke with a friend of mine studying law.
He said that I could withdraw from as many pawn loans as I wanted to its contract law end of!
So yesterday I went to my local branch and asked to withdraw.
They looked on the computer and said sorry but you have already withdrawn three times that's the limit. You can't!
So I insisted upon it and after twenty minutes they got off the phone from their regional director and told me they could do it but I would be banned from all h&t's!
I withdrew! Then complained about the untrue information I had been given.
I complained to the NPA, the financial ombudsman and I also rang h&t's head office.
Later yesterday afternoon I got a phone call from H&t's saying that they would look into it.
It lasted 40 minutes for me to make my point that a contract is a contract and each pawn pledge is an individual contract signed seperately to any other.
Had I not been given the incorrect information by h&t's of course I would have opted out of a total of 13 pledges!
He rang me back at ten o'clock this morning and offered me the difference between the full months interest on the 13 pledges and the daily amount which under my contracts I should have been charges.
The difference was £152!!!!!
Which I collected in cash from my local branch this afternoon.
The terms are quite clearly written on the front of the pledge however harvey and Thompsons don't think they have to follow them!
The guy on the phone reiterated the fact that I am banned from all h&t's.
So how many more people are owed hundreds of pounds by h&t's and possibly other pawn shops up and down the country?
Let the claim backs begin!

I was told anyone who withdraws more than 3 times gets banned from all H&T'S.
so let them ban everyone!
Or start following the law!
They can also refund everyone as well. Or let a judge decide had you been made aware that you could have paid £4 interest to get your gold ring back would you have still paid £30?
Sounds pretty straight forward to me!

Please let me know what you all think I'm new to posting things but don't see why they should get away with it. They haven't with me granted but how many thousands of mes are there up and down the country?!
