i got one too, if you scroll down it gives you a link to enter the competition, so i think it is saying if you enter it, there is a chance (however small) that you could win. lol

Also steer clear of CashCow and Producttesting.co.uk - horrible spam e-mails several times a day telling me I've won something, which I obviously haven't. And that's after over a year of telling them to stop spamming me but I've been banned from their facebook page as usual. And people still keep liking them! Blah.0
