CCJ Help

Hi, I'm new here so please bear with me.
Basically this morning I received a letter with regards to an old loan I have with HSBC. Its a loan that I took out in 2007 stupidly for my ex. The inevitable happened and we split up, at the time we had a mortgage together and I was struggling to live on my own in a house that was in desperate need of repair and in negative equity. Because of this I stopped paying the loan, being young and stupid I thought it would all go away but the obvious happened and I have now received a CCJ letter. I really want to be responsible and pay this back and I can afford £100 per month to do this (the loan balance is just over £6k). What I would like to know is what is the likelihood of this amount being accepted so I can move on and will I be left alone once I start paying - I now live with my parents and I'm really scared that baliffs will turn up demanding more money.

Please could you confirm exactly what you have received and who it was from.
When was the last time that you made any payment towards this debt or acknowledged it in writing?0 -
The letter is from Northampton and has 3 forms - an N1, N9a and N9n. The last time I made any form of payment towards this was in 2009 since then I haven't acknowledged the debt.0
