Whereas I clicked from WIN tab on their website they do not have this. Any reason for that?

This looks like a time&date stamp. If you use the link without it, or if you click through on their website, one will be generated and put on the end of your URL. If you do it again a bit later a slightly different one will be generated. I don't think it has much relevance in this case, but I always use a link without it already on.
