email help = chrome

Hi

I've had problem with chrome which is now sorted but I seem to have lost the ability to click on email links, I know I downloaded something from the store but for the life of me I can't remember - anyone know?

Could you describe two things?

First: what you would expect to happen when you click on an email link. So, what used to happen when you would click an email link

Second: what is happening (if anything at all) when you click on a email link now.

when I click a link nothing happens - when I used to click the link it would open my email & fill in the address for me

I used to be able to do the same thing with hotmail and I have never found out why I can no longer do this. I now copy and paste all email addresses, which takes longer.

Hi,

I've gotten this working in my chrome, but it was a bit of a pita, involving a bit of a hack I found on a reputable site, and it's only working for opening in Gmail. SO, all in all, Not Good!

I searched for the extension you mentioned and found:

I installed it and it seems to do the trick.
