    It seems your referring to a secured loan, ie 2nd charge. Some might class it as a 2nd mortgage though.

    Althought you could be referring to '2' first charge mortgages, in which case if both are required on a residential basis then you've no chance.

    Try avoid creating addition posts, it causes more confusion. I appreciate your keen for advice, but try be structured in what you ask, it helps those who are happy to help.
