I share your pain with ebay, they don't give a monkeys about the seller. Quite a number of our little group on here are fed up with them so imagine how many other sellers are getting fed up too. I think they need to buck up their ideas. The last few things I sold were advertised on gumtree for free.

Maybe I will start listing on gumtree too. Am really fed up with ebay! Have you sold clothes on gumtree?

    One TA and one UU:

114: S&G Thermal Scrub 200ml - WNBA, used half of this but then couldn't get the other half out of the tube? Decided to TA as I think it had all separated as it was really old. Didn't like the warming sensation of this when you used it either.

115: BS Nutriganics Smoothing Day Cream 15ml - WMBA, this was ok, nothing special. Left my face a bit shiny.

I've just had a buyer automatically refunded, meaning I'm down by the P&P charge, they had no right to return the item, but they said it wasn't as described (it was!), and guess what? After myself and the buyer communicating with ebay a lot and the buyer agreeing to and me making an offer to refund the item price, the horrid old hag escalates it and guess what? eBay refund her in full :mad::mad:

I appealed it, saying I was bitterly disappointed in their decision, and I was tired of their one-sided approach to disputes, the seller ALWAYS loses out!!!!

    I'm waiting to hear back, I won't hold my breath, bl00dy woman!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Will have some GAs soon, I'm clearing out my make-up stash and will be freecycling or ebaying all the stuff I no longer want. My tastes have changed, particularly in regard to eyeshadow colours so I'm going to try each one on and decide which ones I still like! :D

I haven't sold any clothes on gumtree, I recently sold some camping equipment and kids toys and baby equipment, no listing fees and best of all no 10% fee at the end - I think when you sell larger items 10% is a huge fee and there should be a sliding scale. Try your clothes on gumtree you have nothing to lose, maybe just do a couple and see how they go.

There are a couple of other sites like ebay - has anyone used them?

  • Just back from a week in the sun! Hope everyone's had a good week :D

Only one use up while I was over there, a bottle of Alberto Balsam conditioner, definitely WBA, my HG conditioner.

Of course, I was feeling awfully bath-deprived over there, so as soon as I got back it was into a lovely bath for me :) Used up a Lush Space Girl bath ballistic. This isn't my favourite, but I'd happily buy it again :D

I doubt they will reply, they didn't when I complained. I think there must be a lot of buyers who are scamming the buyer protection system - ebay need to watch out.

    I have some ins

    Lee Stafford Argan Oil
Rimmel Nail Polish in Black Cherries

Both were on offer in Boots and I paid using a voucher from doing surveys.

a little in which I paid for

Maybelline mono eyeshadow in Silken Taupe - no excuse for this I just really liked it.

If you are on Facebook check out your local selling page. We are moving house soon and have been having a big clear out and sold loads on there.
As long as you dont mind people coming to your house, there are no fees to pay and no hassle of posting stuff.
    Errrr...come back later ;)

UU - Elemis Pro Radiance Cleansing Cream. Loved it and WBA
BUT saw the thread here on Superdrug Radiance hot cloth cleanser and bought that instead. Used it last night - very nice.
So that is an IN. Also IN is a tester bottle of 'After the Rain' edt. I went to Totnes for the morning. That town has a huge number of shops selling gorgeous nonsense. One was selling their (almost full) tester of 'After the Rain' for 50pence!
