£30 selling some baby clothes on Facebook. Can almost see the end of all the too small sizes at last. (Took a pic of a little newborn bundle earlier - my son is heading for 2 now!! ;):o)

I can beat that - my son's 13 and I still have bags and bags of his baby clothes! :embarasse:embarasse:embarasse

They had all gone up into the loft (out of sight, out of mind) then 2 years ago they all came out when we had some building work done. I sorted them out into big Ikea bags by size, with good intentions of doing a few car boots ... but never got round to it!

I'm not sure if its just that I want to hang on to my lazy Sunday mornings, or if its the thought of having everyone rummaging through my baby clothes that's putting me off - silly huh? Somehow i find it easier to part with things via eBay. But then I worry that I won't get as good a price for them!

Did you sell all of yours as bundles via Fb, and did they get a good price?

EDIT: just reread your post - £30!!! How did you get that much? Was it a huge bundle?

£8.47 found lurking in another cash back site - not sure I've actually made any extra money yet, but I'm certainly rounding up the dosh I've earned in the past!

    Hi all,

Am I too late to join - hope not - please may I go down for £10 a day.

I have already done a craft fair this month selling the bits and pieces I make so £30 in the pot already for me. Also had a sort out yesterday so have a big box for car booting and a smaller box to Ebay.

Can't wait to read the ideas and put them into action.

  • Hi all... a teensy bit of mm mojo came back for a fleeting moment...I can add £109.39 from ebay and fb sales... My trailer is full ready for car booting soon... I do have two weeks away coming up whilst visiting family so no selling for me :( ...I can save a wee bit on food shopping though as my kids can eat the relatives out of house and home instead ;)

Good luck everyone else in the next few weeks of money making. I suspect any more cash I get will go into the school uniform kitty this month and not the savings pot as were skint but every little helps :)

Have a fun few weeks and see you on the other side xxx

very slow start for me this month, just another £10 in facebook sales to add. Need to start finding other places to make money now!
  • Can I join in as well? I'd like to aim for £100 for the whole of August if that's not against the rules of the game? £10 a day seems a huge amount - I really hope that as I get going it will seem more achievable! Looking at the signatures under posts it seems that everyone has done really well over the past few months, well done :)

So far this month I've got 2x £3 LVs from Pinecone and a £5 Love To Shop voucher from a Royal Mail survey - oh, and not forgetting the 5p that I found in the car park on Sunday! So £11.05 so far!
