Oyster Card Auto Topup

Ive noticed that Ive been charged £20 twice for an auto-top up but only one credit of £20 has shown up on my Oyster Account.
Has this happened to anyone else and if so who do I need to contact to refund it. The guy at the Tube station said the Oyster company was nothing to do with TFL and he couldnt help.
Thanks!

Not saying this is the case here but it's not uncommon for payments to be authorised (£20 earmarked in bank account) and collected (£20 actually taken from bank account) as separate actions.
The earmarked transaction never actually gets taken but drops out after a few days. Meanwhile you don't have access to the money which can be a nuisance.0 -
i dont even trust tfl oyster to do standard travelcard payments let alone auto ones.0

as above if u dont trust tfl to sort it out which is quite understandable as their well known to drag their heels when it come to refunds
then force the issue
