Neighbour's House

Hi,
I hope this is the right forum, so here goes.
My next door neighbour, not the adjoining wall of the semi I live in, the next house along, has let the house fall into disrepair.
The main problem is a boarded-up window which wouldn't cost much to fix but she won't pay for.
The house was recently broken into because it looks derelict.
Is there anything under the law that can compel or at least strongly encourage her to get this window replaced?
Thanks for your time.
Ed.

No.
If it really bothers you that much then you could pay for it yourself but having a boarded up window is not illegal.0 -

As long as the window is boarded up via a fairly secure method then it's legal.0 -
You can report houses falling/which have fallen into disrepair to your local council even if they are privately owned
