Wolf Blass Red Wine 3.99 @ Asda

Asda seem to be clearing their stocks of Wolf Blass Yellow Label Shiraz (red).

This is normally around £8 a bottle and is a great wine. If you buy 6 bottles or more you get another 10% off.

Hurry - stock is going fast.

A great wine at a fantastic price. It's a shame there is no Asda store in N Ireland.

Wolf Blass is very good. Had a bottle of it last night.

Tesco's are selling it cheap too. I know that because I got a couple of bottles yesterday. Although I can't remember the price. I just saw Wolf Blass reduced and thought hmmm, i'll put that with the other 10 assorted bottles in the trolley.
  • Be warned that this offer is NOT on the Merlot or the shiraz. I found this out yesterday after a big ding-dong with the store manager at our local asda.

For those who don't have an ASDA, Tesco also have an Australian Wines Festival on at the mo. Yellow Label Cabernet Sauvignon is 5.80ish and the Yellow Label Chardonnay is 4.80ish. Both 2003.

Both wines really ought to be laid down for another year before drinking. ;o)

It wasn't available at Ashfords ASDA but was in Canterbury but at £5.99 a bottle. Still a good price but not so much of a bargin.
