Delonghi Coffee/Capuccino maker - £12.49 @ sainsburys near St albans - model - DeLonghi Caffè Nabucco - brilliant as my wife broke the glass caraffe and they are £45 (!) to replace (or not as our case) & cheap ones dont fit.

Got a version reduced from £79 to £39 tho so £40 off which isn't bad

Don't know why but they are £24.99 in my local Sainsbury's - got one anyway as still a good price. Note to all though - I had to ask for them and the very nice man got me one from the warehouse!

Once I read your post I rushed right out to my market. I found it at the St. Albans Sainsburys. It was listed as 24 pounds instead of 12 though. I ended up with the Morphy Richards capp maker for only 19 pounds. I was still happy to get it at such a deal. Thanks for the info.

Sainsbury in Stirling has them for £24.99. They also have a 3 pack of Sony video tapes for 39p! It is marked as £3.99 with a little red 90% off label beside it.

I think this may be another one of those one off bargains that you sometimes get from individual stores, like a manager's special, rather than a nationwide thing. The manager in our two local Sainsburys isn't being that generous as these aren't reduced.
