Can bankstatements to the OR be photocopies ?

If your original bank statements and credit card statements were given to
a Debt management team, but are now required for bankruptcy, for the OR

then can you give him photocopies of your statements ? (as the originals are no longer available)

is the OR,and court fine with photocopy statements ?

will they accept them? or will reject and get the originals themselves ?

This should be ok but even if you did not have any the or can get whatever they need.

Just provide them with what you can, copies are fine if that's all you have.
