You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 working days* following the day the goods are delivered.
You can do this by:
- returning the product to one of our stores with your receipt and bringing the card you paid with so we can credit it

Distant selling regulations require all distant sellers allow a cooling off period for all sales. Either contact currys online and request them collect the item and issue a refund or return the item to a store. Our returns policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to give you a full refund, including delivery charge, provided:
- You cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you receive your order
- You return your item(s) to us in their original condition
- If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging
- The product has not been used or installed
- The product is returned with the original box and packaging, with seals and shrink wrap intact and along with any accessories received with it
- Pre-recorded videotapes, DVDs, CDs, minidiscs, memory cards and software are sealed
- Any free gifts received with the product must also be returned
- Go to a store with your receipt and the card you paid with, or
- Email us at curryswebsales@currys.co.uk if you ordered online or currystelesales@currys.co.uk if you ordered by phone to request that we collect the product or send you mailing labels, or
- Phone us on 0870 333 1222 with your order reference number and delivery details to hand
On their site it also states that if you request a collection they do remove the cost of the collection from the money they refund you, for a PS3 it will be £7.99.
So as long as you have not used it you can return it, you can unpack it as long as you dont damage the packageing or the product for instection. You will need the recipt and the card it was paid with if you return it to a store I would take that option myself to get it over and done with sooner rather than later. call the number at the end of the above, or use the no to 0870 number below and don't pay for the call its the same number aparently
